I got an error that says I can’t upload a document that has been saved using Print to PDF.

What does that mean and how can I download a version that will be accepted?

When uploading pay stubs and bank statements to Celeri’s portal, you must upload original PDF files downloaded directly from the financial institution or payroll provider. Scans, photos, screenshots and files saved using Print to PDF of these documents will not be accepted.


To demonstrate how you might be saving your documents using Print to PDF, see the screenshots below on the correct and incorrect ways to download documents using Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge + viewing documents using the Preview App on Apple. If you are downloading documents from a mobile app and continue to run into issues. Try downloading from the payroll company/financial institution's website instead.

Mac’s Preview App

If you are opening an already downloaded document in Mac’s Preview App - do not save it or re-download again! Simply, find the original file and upload it as is.
